Privacy Policy By default, a timestamp kept in an ImageStamper user's account is viewable by anyone via the public link that is automatically assigned to the timestamp (referred to as "permalink"). A permalink can be used to demonstrate the content of the relevant timestamp to third parties. However, ImageStamper does not publish permalinks automatically, so it is up to the user whether to reveal the address of each individual permalink. The personal and contact details of the user are kept private. ImageStamper will not share with third parties any information that would make a user of ImageStamper personally identifiable or available for contact, unless ImageStamper is given explicit permission by the user. ImageStamper may use information related to a user's activity on its website to improve its services. Furthermore, ImageStamper reserves the right to analyse the content of the timestamped images, to gather additional information about them and to publish online the images and the information about them. If such analysis, gathering of additional information or publication takes place, the identity of the user who timestamped the image in question will be protected at all times. ImageStamper reserves the right to modify all or some of this privacy policy at any time without notice. If we change our privacy policy, we will post a notice on our website so our users are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use the user's information only in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected unless the user gives ImageStamper explicit permission to do otherwise.
